The Marina at Sandy Shores Resort offers a range of features for boaters, including seasonal slips, a boat launch, and nearby amenities. It provides scenic lake access, along with parking, water, and power hookups. The Marina area at Sandy Shores Resort is seeing further development and will soon be home to a full pavilion area for local businesses to open and operate.

Marina Features

200 sheltered slips (most with power)

Slip sizes: 20’, 24’, 30’ (most common)

Limited large slips: 40’, 48’, 60’

  • Premium fuel (24/7, pay with Visa/Mastercard/Debit)

  • Septic pump-out service ($50 per pump-out)

  • Potable water

  • Planned for 2025:

    • Double boat launch

    • Marina Marketplace (opens Aug 2024 – “Everyday is Sundae”)

Slip Rentals

Annual Slip Fees:

  • 20′: $1,995 + GST

  • 24′: $2,295 + GST

  • 30′: $2,600 + GST

    • Premium 30′ (A1–A15): $3,100 + GST

  • End Slips:

    • 60′ (A50/B50): $5,200 + GST

    • 48′ (C50/D50): $4,590 + GST

    • 40′ (E50/F50): $3,990 + GST

 

Power:

+$100/year
(30-amp power available at certain slips; others have 15-amp)

Short-Term Rentals:

  • Daily: $55 + GST

  • Weekly: $250 + GST

(Slips B16–B19 reserved for daily/weekly rental)

Book early! Most slips are annual rentals.

Public Access & Use

Marina is open to the public, but leased slips are secure/private.

Boat launch access depends on environmental conditions.

Priority is balancing use between owners, renters, and visitors.
